Terms & Conditions

  1. The company STREAT Only Cyprus, organizes a giveaway entitled “WIN A TRIP TO ITALY”. The giveaway is open to all residing in Cyprus over the age of 18.
  2. Giveaway Gifts: One travel voucher (₮250, offered by Ryanair) and ₮250 cash. The total retail prize value is ₮500.
  3. The Travel Voucher is valid until —/—/24.
  4. The Travel Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit and no refunds will be issued for the value of the voucher if travel plans are canceled or altered. All costs above the value of the voucher including any change or cancellation fees are the responsibility of the customer. No liability shall lie with the organizing company in cases where the winner cannot be located in time due to incorrect information which the user himself declared when his account was created.
  5. The Competition begins on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 14:00:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”), and ends on Friday, June 9, 2023 at 14:00:00 p.m.
  6. The winner will be chosen at random on Friday, June 9 and will be notified on Monday, June 12.
  7. The big draw will be made using an Electronic Random Selection Mechanism.
  8. Following the Prize draw, the winner will be notified using the contact details provided by the Entrant. The winning
  9. Entrant has 48 hours from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the Prize. If the prize is not claimed by the winning Entrant within this time frame, the prize will be redrawn.
  10.  Entry in the Competition does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or Competition.
    The winner must travel within one year of claiming the prize or risks forfeiting the prize.
  11.  The winner must strictly use the voucher for a trip to Italy.
  12.  By participating in the giveaway you agree that all the participants’ copyright for the purpose of the giveaway is vested in Streat Only Cyprus and can be used for marketing purposes (photography, name announcement, etc.) within one year without any prior consultation.
  13.  The winner must send pictures from their trip to Italy for advertising purposes (we will provide marketing materials).
  14.  By submitting an entry through Streat Only Giveaway, all entrants are acknowledging and accept the terms and conditions.
  15.  By participating in the Giveaway each participant shall expressly declare and accept that its personal information has been collected and used by the Organiser for processing by means of automated or non-automated means either by itself or by any other person appointed by the Organiser to carry out such processing under mandate and for its account under this Agreement. The personal details of the winner in the Giveaway, in their capacity as such, will be retained by the Organiser and used exclusively for the purposes of the Giveaway. In any case, the participants’ personal data will be kept in accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of PersonalData – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament (GDPR).
